Upgrade Info Popups!

I finally added a long-requested feature, Upgrade Info Popups.

Instead of an unhelpful list of chosen upgrades that were buried in a Run Info menu that no one was finding, now you can tap and ball, peg or bucket that has been upgraded and you'll get some helpful info that reminds you what each upgrade does.

I also added a down arrow to the next ball on the bottom of the list to clear up the confusion over whether the top or bottom ball is dropped when you first start playing the game.
